Orders & Shipping Information:

 

Generally, your order is processed and shipped within 5 business days of the order date, but in most cases much sooner.  Please note that Saturdays & Sundays are not considered business days.  If it's been more than 7 days and you have not received a shipping confirmation, PLEASE email us with your name and order number at mysterytraincreative@gmail.com.  We truly appreciate the love, support and patience.

 

Domestic Orders:

 

All orders ship from San Diego, CA.  All US orders are estimated to arrive within 2-5 business days of the ship date.  Please keep in mind that it can take a few hours to a couple of days for any updates to show on the USPS tracking system.   

 

Please know that once your package is dropped off at the post office, we do not have any additional information or insight other than the tracking information on the USPS tracking site.  If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, please contact your local postal office to follow up.    

 

International Orders:

 

All orders ship from San Diego, CA.  All international orders are estimated to arrive within 7-14 business days of the ship date.  Although we rarely run into international issues, occasionally it can take up to 60 business days for a package to reach its destination.

 

Please know that once your package is dropped off at the post office, we do not have any additional information or insight other than the tracking information on the USPS tracking site.  If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, please contact your local postal office to follow up.

 

What happens if USPS states my package was delivered, but I did not receive my package?



The first thing you can do is check with family, friends, or neighbors to see if someone has accepted the delivery for you.

You should also allow a few extra days in case the package may still be at your local post office.  In that case, you can try contacting your local post office to see if they have more information on your delivered package.

 

We recommend you double check the following:

- Check your order information and confirm the shipping address is correct.

- Call USPS at their toll free number, and tell them you didn't receive your package:

- After 7 days, submit a search request:
